Outside Sales Account Executive

Job Description

Help local businesses grow their businesses profitably with radio advertising.

As a radio advertising account executive, you’ll work with existing and new clients, consulting with them and advising them on the best way to get their businesses and services known and sold through radio advertising in its various and creative forms, ranging from regular radio ads through to innovative promotions, multi-media campaigns, and other outside-the-box concepts.
You don’t need radio selling experience – we’ll train you. But you do need some business knowledge to help you understand business needs and spot opportunities where radio advertising can help.

We have one AM and two FM signals mainly serving SW Indiana (Evansville) and NW Kentucky (Henderson, Morganfield, Madisonville) and worldwide at www.weoa985fm.com.

Our primary music genre is Urban Contemporary (Hip Hop and R&B), we also have a broad portfolio of special programming (i.e. community talk, religious, top national syndicated programs, etc.) to sell. From a competitor standpoint, we are the only Hip Hop and R&B station in the market and have 25+ years of success by intentionally focusing on the local community. Our listener numbers have grown dramatically across all demographics since changing to the urban contemporary format in 2018.

Now is a great time to join our growing company.

Generous commissions can give you great rewards for your success.
We’re an equal opportunity employer. All applications invited and encouraged.
