The Indiana Broadcasters Association connects stations with broadcasters looking for new opportunities.  Twice a year, the IBA hosts a career fair for students and job seekers to meet one-on-one with stations from across the state who are looking to grow their staff.

Those looking for jobs can search current openings on the IBA Jobs Board.  Jobs are posted for 90 days or until they are filled.  Stations should keep copies of their job postings for EEO credit.

Stations looking for new talent can connect with broadcasters through the resume portal (possibly link) that provides information about those looking for new careers in the industry.  Those interested in broadcasting careers – on-air, sales, engineering, management, and production – can submit their resumes for free to the IBA Resume Portal.

Job Openings

Students and job seekers looking for careers in broadcasting can see positions that are currently available around the state.  Jobs will be posted for at least 90 days unless otherwise specified by the station.  Stations that post jobs should keep a copy of the posting for EEO credit.

Career Fairs

The IBA hosts two career fairs each year – in the Spring and Fall.  The fairs give job seekers and stations the opportunity to connect one-one-one to discuss future employment.
